Payments

I prefer to be paid through Paypal, at this moment that is the only payment method I accept. If the work has been completed no refunds will be issued!

Wait Times

Most commissions are usually ready in 1 week, here is a more detailed breakdown on how much you might need to wait for each “tier”:

📓SKETCHES: within 1 day – 1 week
🖌️INKED + COLORS: within 1 day – 1 week
🧱RENDER: within 3 days – 2 weeks

While I will try my best to stick to these wait times, life is often unpredictable, if anything might make the wait longer you will be informed ASAP through the same channel we use to discuss the details of the commission.

Communication

You can contact me in moderation, don’t spam messages and try to put everything in a single one even if it means sending a message consisting of more paragraphs.

Do NOT send walls of text, re-read your messages and try to send them with the least amount of errors and with language as unambiguous and as concise as possible.

Depending on where you contacted me we will communicate there (generally through DMs), once the commission is completed you can receive the file/s in the same chat or through an email or Telegram account that you will provide along with the info needed (Description, References etc.).

How Proof of Progress (from now on PoP) will be shown

You can ask for images showing progress, keep in mind they will be watermarked and you are NOT authorized to remove my watermarks and/or signature nor use them in any way shape or form be it commercial or not without reaching an agreement with me first.

Sketches: simplest process, no PoP will be provided to save time;

Ink+color: one PoP when the sketch is done, then one PoP when lineart and the flat colors are done then the commission is done;

Renders: one PoP when the sketch is done, then one PoP when the blocking and shaping process is done (basically flat colors) then the commission is done;
